Hire & Order Policy
  • Cancellations incur a charge.
  • All orders deliverys and collections are on a day slot basis and no times can be given.
  • Ensure you’ve checked you don’t need a permit these are needed if skips are going on council land or the highway.
  • Don’t over fill the skips this will result in another charge or tipped out and will not be collected until this is sorted.
  • Check what can & can’t go in the skip anything that shouldn’t be in there will be an extra charge or returned to the adress of the skip NO ASBESTOS, GAS BOTTLES, FRIDGES OR TYRES.
  • 7 days maximum on the hire unless discussed otherwise.
  • All prices for hire and goods are inclusive of VAT.

Thank you for choosing Orange Skips Hull and Skip Bag Hire. We strive to provide exceptional service to all our customers. However, please be aware of our non-refund policy outlined below:

  • Service Charges: Once you have booked a skip hire or skip bag service with Orange Skips Hull, the charges are non-refundable. This includes any fees paid for delivery, collection, or rental period.
  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your skip hire or skip bag service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. However, please note that any payments made will not be refunded.
  • Incorrect Orders: It is essential to provide accurate information while placing your order. If you mistakenly select the wrong skip size or skip bag option, we cannot offer a refund. Please double-check your requirements before confirming your order.
  • Service Completion: Once we have delivered the skip or skip bag to your specified location, the service is considered completed. Any early removal requests or changes to the rental period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Damage or Loss: In the event of damage or loss caused to the skip or skip bag during your hire period, you will be responsible for the associated costs. These costs will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately, and no refund will be given.
  • Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other events beyond our control that prevent us from delivering the service, we cannot be held responsible, and no refunds will be provided.
  • Exceptions: Orange Skips Hull reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions granted will be at the sole discretion of the company.
